How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location.
Can I return body jewelry if it doesn't fit?
For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on jewelry that is still in its original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.
How should I clean and maintain my jewelry?
Metal and glass pieces can be cleaned with mild anti-bacterial soap and warm water. For organic materials like wood or bone, we recommend using jojoba or gauge gear oil to prevent cracking.
Do you sell jewelry in pairs or as single pieces?
