Due to the personal nature of our products, items that have been removed from their original heat-sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging and that it has been less than 30 days since your delivery date.

Submit Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the jewelry in a padded mailer or sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing

Once our quality control team inspects the seals, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
