The gem sizes are 4mm x 6mm as well as 5mm x 8mm for the 3/8" (10mm) size and 5mm x 8mm for the 1/2" (12mm) size. Externally threaded for easy wear, but that means this piece is meant for healed piercings. Sold individually (1 pc).
